Lead management

All leads captured through demo lead gates appear on the Leads page in your dashboard.

Each lead record includes: email address, name (if collected), company (auto-detected from email domain), the demo they interacted with, the step where they submitted the form, and the timestamp.

Personal email domains (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.) are filtered out of the company detection. Business email domains are used to auto-generate company names.

UTM parameters from the viewer's session are attached to each lead. See which campaigns, sources, and mediums drive the most qualified leads.

Export leads as CSV for import into any CRM, email tool, or spreadsheet.

If HubSpot is connected, leads sync automatically as contacts. No manual export needed.

The Leads page also shows newsletter subscribers from your marketing site footer form.
