Terms of Service

Welcome to Aceframe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aceframe website, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Aceframe ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload or distribute content that infringes on any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our express written permission
  • Capture or record content from websites or applications without proper authorization

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including demos, screenshots, and annotations ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and share screenshots of any website or application using our Chrome extension.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts are subject to usage limits (currently 12 demos with up to 12 steps each). Paid plans provide additional features and higher limits as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice. Changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Aceframe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

Upon account deletion, we will delete your User Content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aceframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
