Heatmap tracking
Heatmaps show exactly where viewers click on each step of your demo. This reveals what catches attention and whether viewers interact with the intended elements.
View heatmap data on the Analytics page for each demo. Each step shows a heat overlay with click density visualized as color gradients.
Red/orange areas indicate high click concentration. Blue/green areas indicate occasional clicks. No color means no clicks in that area.
Use heatmaps to identify: elements that attract clicks but are not interactive (consider making them hotspots), hotspots that viewers miss (consider repositioning the annotation), and steps where viewers seem confused (lots of scattered clicks).
AI-powered insights analyze click patterns and suggest improvements. These appear as recommendations on the analytics page.
Heatmap data is collected automatically for all viewers. No additional setup is required.
